Worth the Read – December 3, 2016

december-3-2016

This week has been a whirlwind for me. I left Sunday afternoon for a quick trip to Knysna, South Africa. We are planning on doing mission work there next year, and I made a commitment years ago that I would not send folks to places – especially out of the country – where I had not been myself. I think it is important not only to get a vision for the ministry but to make sure that travel, accommodations, and the food is safe for those under my ministry. I arrived back in Augusta a little after nine o’clock Friday morning. That’s a long, fast trip. With my so much time (sixteen hours on one flight) in the air and vehicles traveling to and from airports, I had ample opportunity for reading. I have selected ten posts for this week that I believe are informative, encouraging and somewhat challenging. I don’t agree with everything written here, or with everything that the authors believe, but I believe that these posts will be helpful to you and your walk with Jesus in this world we live in. Enjoy.
