19 Mar Sunday Preview – “The Stage Is Set”
As we quickly approach the most important day on the Christian calender, Resurrection Day (Or you may know it as “Easter”) I’m getting even more excited about what the Lord has for us this year. Laura Kate and I walked through the auditorium an hour or so ago and most of the set is up for this year’s presentation of “The Crucified Lamb, The Risen Lord.” If you have never seen this dynamic, musical presentation of the arrest, trial, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, it is something that you won’t want to miss. Also, this is in our top three “Making Friends Forever” opportunities of the entire year. This presentation is a power portrayal of the gospel and has been used by the Lord to bring many people into a saving relationship with Jesus. Whatever you do, don’t miss one of the three showings, and make sure to bring your lost and unchurched friends. Free tickets are available at the Welcome Center.
I want to thank you again for your faithfulness last weekend. I know that on time change Sunday, many times it is easy to make an excuse and roll back over and sleep in. You didn’t do that. You were faithful and as a result we broke our record for attendance in both Bible Fellowship and Worship. Thank you for your faithfulness.
It’s going to be a great weekend at Temple. The message this Sunday morning is going to be “Who Is A Fool?” This is a question that you’ll want to know the answer to, so make sure you don’t miss this message.
Again, as we approach Easter, make plans to worship the risen Lord with us at Temple. Invite your family and friends. It’s going to be a great couple of weeks, so don’t miss a service.
Have a great weekend.
HIS.
