“All truth is God’s truth.” Augustine was correct, as our first post shows in a powerful and personal way. What you’ll discover as you look through this week’s list is that God is at work in the lives of people, all kinds of people, all over this world. God can take the worst situations that we face and use them to strengthen us and share His good news. The last post is a stark declaration of the state in which we find ourselves as Christians in America. While we may not – yet – find ourselves facing a terrorist’s gun or blade as Kayla Mueller, we will soon find ourselves facing the legal onslaught of an increasingly intolerant secular state. But, in all of these things, we understand that God is still in control, and we must still stand and share His truth. I hope you enjoy and are helped to walk closer to Jesus and stand taller and stronger in these last days as a result of this week’s list.
